I would like to recognize this day, May 18th. I just took a “smoke” break to get away from an xls and walk a little. As i was walking I realized that today is da best my hip has felt in a LONG TIME. I can finally say my hip feels good. I walked around part of da building. And it was feeling good. My step isn’t my full stride just yet, but it’s MUCH BETTER than before.
I am SO THANKFUL for all of you that supported me and thankful for your well wishes and prayers. No i’m not ready to get back to running or hardcore workouts, but I have made da turnaround. Thank you again for your support everyone.
